Market availability: Guild Treasure is only offered in countries and regions where TikTok, TikTok for Developers, and TikTok Login Kit are supported. The service is not offered in mainland China or in any market where TikTok does not support the requested developer products.

1. Information We Collect

TikTok Login Kit profile information authorized by the user, such as basic profile identifiers and public profile fields.
Authorized TikTok Live operational data that an agency manager or creator can already access, such as live records, activity participation, and performance statistics.
Account and role information, including agency ID, guild ID, manager role, creator role, and invitation status.
Notification tokens used to deliver app notifications.
Luna AI prompts and relevant operational context after the user accepts the in-app AI consent notice.
Technical logs needed for security, debugging, and service reliability.

2. TikTok Data Use

We only access TikTok data after the user authorizes the app through TikTok Login Kit and approved scopes. We do not collect TikTok passwords, private messages, contacts, or data outside authorized scopes. We do not post content or perform actions on behalf of users unless a user explicitly triggers an available function.

3. Luna AI

Luna AI may process user prompts, role information, campaign information, creator reports, and knowledge-base snippets through our backend and third-party AI model providers after in-app consent. Luna AI is used to provide operational suggestions and does not guarantee business results.

4. How We Use Information

To provide agency dashboard, creator app, desktop sync, activity, report, notification, and knowledge-base features.
To show authorized data to the correct agency, manager, agent, or creator.
To generate Luna AI responses and operational reports after consent.
To improve reliability, security, and user support.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers required to operate the app, including cloud hosting, database, analytics, notification, and AI model providers. These providers are used only to deliver the service.

6. Data Retention And Deletion

Users may request deletion or authorization revocation through their agency administrator or our support page. We retain data only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
