Market availability: Guild Treasure Live Ops is offered only in countries and regions where TikTok, TikTok for Developers, and the requested TikTok developer products are supported. The service is not offered in mainland China or in any market where TikTok does not support the requested developer products.

1. Who We Are

Guild Treasure Live Ops is a SaaS operations platform for TikTok Live agencies, agency managers, agents, and creators. The service includes an agency dashboard, creator app, desktop sync tool, activity reports, live performance records, push notifications, knowledge-base access, and Luna AI coaching.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: account ID, display name, role, agency or guild ID, invitation status, subscription status, and access permissions.
TikTok information authorized by the user through TikTok Login Kit, such as basic profile data and approved profile/stat fields.
Operational data that authorized agency managers or creators can already access, including live records, activity participation, rankings, diamond totals, view metrics, and creator performance reports.
Device and notification information, such as push notification tokens and app version, used to deliver alerts and maintain account security.
Luna AI prompts, selected conversation history, and relevant operational context after the user accepts the Luna AI consent notice.
Technical logs used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

3. TikTok Data Use

We access TikTok-related data only after authorization through TikTok Login Kit or after an authorized agency manager uses the desktop sync tool for data they can already access in TikTok Live Backstage. We do not collect TikTok passwords, private messages, contacts, or non-authorized data. We do not post content, follow accounts, send messages, or perform TikTok actions on behalf of users unless a user explicitly triggers an available feature.

4. How We Use Information

To provide agency dashboard, creator app, activity, report, notification, subscription, knowledge-base, and Luna AI features.
To show the correct data to the correct agency, manager, agent, or creator according to role-based permissions.
To generate operational reports, activity reminders, live-performance alerts, and Luna AI suggestions.
To process subscription access, unlock knowledge-base content, and prevent unauthorized access.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.

5. Luna AI And Third-Party Processing

Luna AI may process user prompts and relevant context through our backend and third-party AI model providers. The user is shown an in-app consent notice before using Luna AI. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before business decisions are made.

6. Sharing And Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate the service, such as cloud hosting, database, analytics, push notification, payment processing, and AI model providers. These providers are used only to deliver and support Guild Treasure Live Ops.

7. Retention, Deletion, And Revocation

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. Creator users can delete their account directly in the app under Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion immediately revokes app access and removes the creator profile, Luna history, notification-device records, subscription-access record, and other app-personal data. Agency operational or financial records that must be retained for contract, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal reasons may be retained in de-identified or access-restricted form. Users may also request data deletion or TikTok authorization revocation through their agency administrator or our support page.

8. Security

We use access controls, role-based permissions, transport encryption, and operational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the service to limit access to authorized users and reduce unnecessary data exposure.

9. Children

Guild Treasure Live Ops is a business operations tool and is not directed to children. Users must meet the age requirements of TikTok and applicable local law.

10. International Availability

The service is hosted on global cloud infrastructure and is intended for TikTok-supported markets, including supported agency and creator operations outside mainland China. We do not target mainland China users because TikTok and the relevant developer products are not available there for this app.
