Market availability: Guild Treasure Live Ops is offered only in countries and regions where TikTok, TikTok for Developers, and the requested TikTok developer products are supported. The service is not offered in mainland China or in unsupported TikTok developer markets.

1. The Service

Guild Treasure Live Ops is a SaaS operations platform for authorized TikTok Live agencies, managers, agents, and creators. The service may include an agency dashboard, creator app, desktop sync tool, activity reports, live performance records, push notifications, knowledge-base access, and Luna AI coaching.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

Accounts are invitation-based or subscription-based and may be linked to an agency, guild, manager, agent, or creator role.
Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
Users may access only the data, guild, creators, and features permitted by their role and subscription.
The service is not offered in mainland China or in markets unsupported by TikTok for the requested developer products.

3. TikTok Authorization

Users must authorize TikTok access through TikTok Login Kit before the app can access approved TikTok data. We do not collect TikTok passwords. Users are responsible for complying with TikTok policies, local law, and any agency agreements that apply to their use of TikTok Live data.

4. Desktop Sync Tool

The desktop sync tool may be used only by authorized agency managers to sync operational data they can already access in TikTok Live Backstage. The tool must not be used to access unauthorized accounts, bypass access controls, or collect data outside a user's permission.

5. Luna AI

Luna AI provides operational suggestions based on prompts, approved knowledge-base content, and authorized operational context. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific business decision. Users should review AI output before relying on it.

6. Paid Features, Subscriptions, And Digital Content

Digital content, knowledge-base access, subscriptions, AI usage, and paid app features offered inside the iOS app are provided through Apple In-App Purchase when required by Apple rules. Enterprise onboarding, agency implementation, or services outside the iOS app may be handled separately when allowed by applicable platform rules.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not access, export, disclose, or resell data without authorization.
Do not use the service to violate TikTok rules, Apple rules, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute protected knowledge-base content except as expressly allowed by your plan or written agreement.
Do not interfere with service security, abuse APIs, or attempt to bypass role-based permissions.

8. Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, improve the product, or address technical issues. Some features depend on TikTok, Apple, cloud providers, notification services, or third-party AI providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, loses agency authorization, fails to maintain an active subscription, or creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.

10. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided for operational assistance. We do not guarantee revenue, ranking, activity results, TikTok approval, or uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
