1. Service

Guild Treasure is a business operations platform for authorized TikTok Live agencies, managers, agents, and creators. The service includes an agency dashboard, creator app, desktop sync tool, activity reports, notifications, knowledge-base access, and Luna AI coaching.

2. Eligibility And Account Access

• Accounts are invitation-based and must be linked to an agency, guild, manager, agent, or creator role.
• Users may only access data they are authorized to view.
• The service is not offered in mainland China or in unsupported TikTok developer markets.

3. TikTok Authorization

Users must authorize TikTok access through TikTok Login Kit before the app can access approved TikTok data. We do not collect TikTok passwords, private messages, contacts, or data outside authorized scopes.

4. Desktop Sync Tool

The desktop sync tool may only be used by authorized agency managers to sync data they can already access in TikTok Live Backstage. Users are responsible for using the tool in compliance with TikTok rules and applicable laws.

5. Luna AI

Luna AI provides operational suggestions based on user prompts and relevant authorized context after in-app consent. AI output may be imperfect and should be reviewed by the user. Luna AI does not guarantee business outcomes.

6. Payments And Digital Content

Digital content, paid unlocks, knowledge-base access, and app subscriptions offered inside the iOS app will follow Apple In-App Purchase rules. Enterprise onboarding or agency service agreements may be handled separately when allowed by platform rules.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not access data for an agency or creator without authorization.
• Do not use the app to violate TikTok rules, platform policies, or applicable laws.
• Do not resell, scrape, or disclose protected knowledge-base content without permission.
